Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and performance. Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on .NET / .NET Core . Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming principles. Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems. Practical experience with Kubernetes in at least one environment: Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) , Amazon EKS , or on-premises Kubernetes. Solid understanding of database design and development, particularly with PostgreSQL. Familiarity with RESTful API design, message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and cloud concepts. Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues. A continuous learning mindset, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with proficiency in English (written and spoken). Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their managed services. Knowledge of Docker and containerization best practices. Understanding of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Chinese language skills (spoken) are a plus.
