In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain macOS applications used by researchers, engineers, and business teams worldwide. Working closely with colleagues in Poland and internationally, you will help transform user needs into reliable and scalable software solutions that improve productivity and deliver real business value. Your Responsibilities: Design, develop, and enhance applications and developer tools for macOS users across Bosch. Transform business and user requirements into reliable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. Create modern and intuitive user interfaces using Apple technologies and frameworks. Develop integrations with enterprise services and APIs. Build automation solutions and scripts that improve efficiency and user experience. Collaborate with globally distributed teams to deliver high-quality applications and features. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. Ensure application quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to CI/CD processes and software delivery pipelines. Support integration with enterprise environments, authentication systems, and managed devices. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

We are looking for you if you have: ✅ Strong experience in macOS application development . ✅ Good knowledge of: Swift SwiftUI AppKit Objective-C macOS application lifecycle Packaging and application distribution User interface development ✅ Experience with scripting and automation , including: Go (Golang) Bash AppleScript zsh Command-line tools and workflow automation ✅ Understanding of core macOS technologies and Apple ecosystem best practices. ✅ Experience developing and integrating with: REST APIs JSON/XML data formats Authentication and authorization flows Enterprise services and integrations Error handling and recovery mechanisms ✅ Knowledge of software quality and testing practices, including: Unit testing Integration testing Debugging Logging Crash analysis Performance optimization and profiling ✅ Experience with: Git Version control workflows CI/CD pipelines Collaborative software development ✅ Understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including: TCP/IP DNS Proxy configurations SSH Enterprise authentication Certificate-based access ✅ Familiarity with device management solutions and managed enterprise environments. ✅ Experience working in Agile development environments. ✅ Very good communication skills in English.
