Automate manual Operations & Maintenance (O&M) processes so operations personnel can execute with less manual effort over time. Build and integrate solutions across platforms such as vSphere, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 / Power Platform (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Power Apps), Graph API / Entra ID, and containerized environments (OpenShift / Docker / Kubernetes). Develop and maintain code in Git-based pipelines (GitLab); support CI/CD and DevSecOps practices. Integrate and reuse existing capabilities before building net-new, rationalizing scope against tooling already in the environment. Document solutions and produce release notes and user guides to support handoff and adoption. Operate within NIPR/SIPR and comply with DoW security, data handling, and stewardship standards. REQUIRED SKILLS Broad-scope software development — comfortable across multiple languages and platforms (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#) Strong automation and scripting skills: building integrations, pipelines, and process automation. Low-code / Power Platform development (Power Automate, Power Apps, Logic Apps). API and system-to-system integration (REST, Microsoft Graph API). Git-based version control and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Ability to translate requirements into working solutions and iterate quickly. Experience working in secure or DoW environments.
