About Hightouch Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. With complete brand context, customer data, and performance history in one place, every marketer finally has the power to build and ship end-to-end campaigns themselves. Teams move faster, stay on brand, and get AI marketing that actually works. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Francisco, Hightouch enables marketing teams to analyze performance, brainstorm ideas, and generate creative at a speed and quality that wasn't previously possible. Named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Customer Data Platforms, Hightouch is trusted by leading enterprises like Domino's, Spotify, Aritzia, Cars.com, Ramp, and PetSmart. At Hightouch, our mission is to help our customers leverage data and AI to grow their businesses. The team is ambitious, impact-driven, efficient — and we believe humility, kindness, and compassion are essential to our success. If you're energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we'd love to meet you. About the Role We’re looking for a talented, curious, and motivated engineering manager to lead our engineering team that manages our 300+ destination integrations. This role would involve a mix of leadership and hands-on engineering. Destination integrations are at the heart of Hightouch’s products. Every single Hightouch customer, from early adopters of our Agentic Marking Platform to customers running tens of thousands of syncs a day at scale, rely on these integrations to send their data to destinations like CRMs, advertising platforms, analytics engines, and more. We believe in enabling our engineers to do their best work for our customers by giving them extremely high levels of ownership and autonomy. You would lead the team by example, raise the bar for technical execution, and continuously ensure the team is focusing on the highest-value deliverables. We ship quickly - it’s not uncommon for someone to implement a new integration while simultaneously shipping a few improvements in a week. Engineers also regularly work directly with customers and integration partners to solution new use cases as they come up. Here’s an example of some problems you’d be working on: Managing our 300+ integrations: We get tens of requests for new destinations and even more requests to add functionality to our existing integrations. You’ll be responsible for prioritizing these requests to balance enabling immediate deals with longer-term business strategy and engineering improvements. Sync speed: Customers want to sync large volumes of data to a diverse set of destinations (HTTP APIs, file transfers, data warehouses), each with its own limitations. We need to ensure that we’re maximizing our performance via a combination of parallelism, batching, rate-limit detection, and algorithmic optimizations. AI developer productivity and enablement: How can rapid advances in AI help us ship faster and with higher quality? The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $400,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation. About You We’re looking for a leader who is motivated by delivering customer value, quickly, while mentoring and guiding the team to continuously raise the bar. This is a leadership role, but we care about evidence of impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. You are a great fit if you: Value excellence in what you do, and bring out excellence in those around you. Are passionate about mentoring newer engineers Are looking for a blend of hands-on development with people leadership Reason from first principles about problems, and are constantly curious to find ground truth. Form clear opinions about ambiguous problems while communicating with clarity. [Bonus] Have experience building and scaling a platform with hundreds of API integrations. Interview Process In our interview process, we’re looking to assess mutual fit - we want you to ask us questions too! We want to draw upon your vast prior experience to give us detailed and specific insights into how you operate and lead. Our technical interviews focus on how you design systems because we believe this is the best way for us to see how you work and for you to see how we collaborate. We don’t ask you to write code to solve technical brainteasers that don’t appear in your day to day job. Recruiter Screen [30m]: Introductory call with our recruiting team to get to know each other and see if the role could be a good mutual fit. Hiring Manager Conversation [30m]: Meet with the hiring manager to discuss the role, your previous experiences, and leadership style. Leadership and Management [60m]: A deep dive into leadership practices, past companies, and past leadership roles. System Design Interview [90m]: Work with an engineer to architect a system at a conceptual level. You’ll start from customer requirements and work all the way down to specific technical implementation. Past Project Interview [60m]: Reflect on a past project with an engineering leader, going deep into both technical and project management details. Prioritization and Execution [60m]: Discuss how you think about impact, make priority tradeoffs, and measure technical excellence with the hiring manager. E-Verify Statement Hightouch participates in E-Verify. After you join the team, we'll verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. by submitting information from your Form I-9 to the Social Security Administration and, if needed, the Department of Homeland Security. This process happens post-hire only — we never use E-Verify to pre-screen applicants. E-Verify Notice E-Verify Notice (Spanish) Right to Work Notice Right to Work Notice (Spanish)

If you're energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we'd love to meet you. About the Role We are looking for an engineering leader to work on Customer Studio, Hightouch’s second major product that provides a purpose-built no-code suite of features that enables anyone, regardless of their SQL experience, to activate data directly from their warehouse. The product has grown extremely quickly, now accounting for half of our revenue, and we’re continuing to invest aggressively in this area. There are still a ton of exciting projects and challenges ahead, which also gives this role the potential to have significant impact. At Hightouch, our engineering leaders serve as both active technical voices and strong people managers. The key outcomes we are looking for from this role include: Product Development: Lead the team in roadmapping and executing successful development of significant features and products as required to drive the business forward. Uphold a high technical bar, while making pragmatic tradeoffs Pace: Through a combination of leadership and technical expertise, improve the pace of execution of the team Recruiting: Be responsible for growing the team, including identifying needs, deciding how to evaluate candidates, and ensuring we hire high impact team members Reliability: Against the uphill battle of high growth/scale, up-level the team on reliability, resulting in fewer incidents, catching our own issues before our customers do, and a strong incident management hygiene People: Foster growth of team members and ensure strong engagement and motivation Some of the problems we’ll be working on include: Data Warehouse Performance: We’re consistently pushing the limits of what data warehouses can handle in terms of speed, performance, and interactivity. We explore optimizations generally (e.g. optimizing queries, storing pre-computed state), as well as investigate warehouse-specific improvements. Analytics and Experimentation: How can Hightouch help customers build segments and decide what data they want to sync? How can we facilitate experimentation to downstream tools, including tracking the performance of different audiences? Real-time Audience Syncing: Our users are always interested in faster syncing and fresher data. As warehouses become more real-time and adopt technologies like CDC, we’re excited to explore real-time audience computation and syncing. Generative AI: We’re continuously working on making the user experience of acting on data more seamless, and are optimistic generative AI can enhance user workflows. What We Offer We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in tackling the problems above. This is a senior role, but we focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $220,000 - $400,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation. About the Role We are looking for an engineering leader to work on our Agentic Marketing Platform, which allows marketers to run programs end-to-end rather than organize teams of specialists and agencies. The product has grown extremely quickly, and we’re continuing to invest aggressively in this area. There are a lot of exciting projects and challenges ahead, which also gives this role the potential to have significant impact. Work on combining foundation models with rich customer context, brand guidelines, and historical campaign performance, and human review to make generated content more useful, trustworthy, and production-ready. Context Management : AMP depends on giving agents a rich, structured understanding of each customer’s business, including their data, brand, campaigns, content, and goals. We’re building the systems that ingest, organize, and retrieve that context efficiently so agents can reason well, stay grounded, and improve over time.: Insights : Helping marketers understand what is happening across their campaigns, customers, and channels, and what to do next. We’re building systems that generate insights and into creative fatigue, performance, and competitors, and how to act on them. Orchestration : A core part of AMP is helping marketers go from generated assets to live campaigns across the tools they already use. Building the systems that integrate with ad and lifecycle platforms, orchestrate campaign setup and delivery, and make it easy to launch and manage campaigns reliably across channels.
