Position Overview: The Frontend Developer will play a key role in building dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. The Software Implementation - Solution Architect is responsible for designing, documenting, and delivering end-to-end technical solutions that support utility digital transformation initiatives and align with customer business objectives, technical ecosystems, and operational requirements. This role partners closely with customers, Product, Engineering, and Customer Operations teams to develop scalable, innovative solutions that create measurable value for utility organizations and their field operations. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, authentic, accountable, agile, collaborative, and innovative, with a passion for solving complex business challenges through technology. This individual serves as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve successful business outcomes through strategic solution design and technical leadership. Duties & Responsibilities Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand business goals, technical environments, and operational requirements through consultative engagement, discovery sessions, and solution design workshops. Translate customer needs into scalable, innovative, and sustainable solution recommendations that align with business objectives and operational priorities. Design end-to-end software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing customer systems, processes, and technology ecosystems. Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, process mapping, and solution documentation for enterprise software implementations. Architect and support integrations between business-critical applications, platforms, and data environments using APIs and other integration methods. Required Skills & Experience 5-7 years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, or architecting complex enterprise software solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience. Strong technical foundation in software architecture, systems integration, enterprise applications, cloud technologies, or technology implementation. Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business and technical requirements into actionable solution designs. Demonstrated ability to build authentic relationships and collaborate effectively with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.
