Title and Summary Data Engineer II Overview The Operational Insights Analyst II role within the Program Controls, Operations & Modernization (ProCOM) Office establishes and strengthens a scalable "risk intelligence layer" across incident management and operational governance. This role transforms operational data into actionable intelligence that improves situational awareness, control effectiveness, and leadership decision-making.
