To thrive in this position, you’ll need: Hands-on experience in cloud/ infra/ DevOps roles. We don’t have a hard limit with years of experience, but we’ve noticed that these competencies often take 7+ years to accumulate. Experience in AWS (preferably combined with GCP), including production experience with multi-account setups, networking, security, IAM, monitoring. Experience with at least one IaC tool (e.g. Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) Solid scripting / programming skills for automation (e.g. Python and/or Go; Bash/PowerShell) Strong CI/CD experience (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar) Practical experience with observability (e.g. CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK/Opensearch) Strong understanding of application architectures and the ability to read and reason about code to debug platform issues Hands-on experience with cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices Experience implementing security best practices in cloud environments following industry standards and compliance Customer oriented mindset, with experience in partnering closely with clients/ stakeholders.
