Job Description As Manager, Software Sales you will be responsible for leading a sales team within the IS portfolio within a specified Region. Build and motivate an overachieving sales organization through effective resource deployment, recruitment, performance management and development of high performing talent. Develop strategies for high impact sales and marketing plans, for both long and short term goals. Identify key competitive accounts and establish and implement account plans. Determine, plan and communicate project delivery options (ISPB, SSB or SI) with Rockwell Geography based teams. Personally cultivate champions at Executive, LOB, IT, and Operational levels at target accounts Serve as the primary interface with Solutions Providers and the joint Go to Market and sales engagement strategy. Serve as primary liaison between customers, RA sales teams, and appropriate business units to insure efficient and effective communications and information flow from business development activities. Develop strong IS business & financial knowledge and its impact on potential business. Demonstrate understanding of IS competitive market and other trends and their impact on business decisions. Job Description The AI Software Engineering Co-op role involves working on software development projects within AI. This co-op provides hands-on experience developing AI-powered solutions that enhance software quality, security, delivery velocity, and engineering efficiency. You will collaborate with experienced software engineers, AI champions, architects, and engineering leaders while contributing to real-world projects that support enterprise-scale industrial automation software development. You will be assigned a dedicated mentor to guide you through your experience and participate in networking events and company activities. This role is on a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH. This role is full-time and is ONLY June-August 2027. Your Responsibilities: You'll work with development teams, gaining hands-on experience in software development environments and using development techniques. You will have exposure to the full development life cycle, agile methodology, system design, test-driven development, test automation, and build and configuration management. Build software applications, services, and integrations using modern software engineering practices and AI technologies. The Essentials - You Will Have: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Graduating in December 2027 or later Interest in continuous innovation and improvement in software development Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Angular/Node, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript (Typescript), Kotlin, Go, or Python. Familiarity with Generative AI tools, LLMs, AI agents, machine learning concepts, or prompt engineering is a plus.
