Examples include agentic pipelines that draft articles from product release information, or automations that flag outdated content. Find operational problems across the knowledge program and solve them with AI, from intake and routing to quality checks and SME review. Own projects on the content operations roadmap from scoping through delivery, including timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder updates. Set and improve the processes and standards the team uses to develop knowledge, and make sure they work well with our AI tools. Track KPIs on how well our knowledge content performs, share what you learn, and use the data to decide what to build or fix next.
