ELECTRICAL ENGINEER, POWER SYSTEMS As a member of the construction projects team, you will work with engineers across multiple disciplines in the design, procurement, and build of infrastructure at our College Station facility. This is a hands-on role responsible for the planning and execution of new facility construction and renovation projects with emphasis on power systems. Build the bundle pipeline. Implement profile-driven rendering for public cloud, enterprise on-prem, and classified air-gap targets based on profile selection. Build and maintain the cross-profile CI matrix. Build the testing and validation framework. Integrate with the existing Supercompute team's operators, Helm charts, and CRDs by consuming their work as inputs to the generator without modifying production infrastructure. Own the monitoring stack migration. We design, build, test, and operate all parts of the system – thousands of satellites, consumer receivers, and the software that brings it all together. As Electrical Test Engineering Manager you will own high-volume PCB electrical test at the Starlink factory in Bastrop. You will build and lead a team of engineers and specialists and own yield, coverage, escapes, and tester throughput. You set the technical bar for test programs, multi-unit fixture and rack design, and test PCBA design and release. You partner with CAM, PCB operations, and SMT, and you are the person leadership calls for tester status. RESPONSIBILITIES Own high-volume production test: yield, coverage, escape rate, first-pass yield, tester throughput, and tester uptime; drive cross-functional root cause with CAM, PCB operations, and SMT. Build and lead a team of engineers and specialists: hire, develop, and set performance expectations. Own test fixture and rack design for multi-unit production test: mechanical design of fixtures and racks that hold and present multiple units, plus the electrical interface, designed for production rate, changeover, and durability. SOFTWARE ENGINEER (CONTROLS SOFTWARE) We are looking for a software engineer to join our Controls Software team at Starbase. This team designs, develops, tests, and maintains software used for test stand/launch infrastructure data acquisition and control, data post-processing, and other engineering software needs. The team works closely with test engineers, electrical engineers, other flight and ground software teams, and information technology to rapidly deploy high-performance software catering to unique test engineering requirements. This role is highly multi-disciplinary, will work in a variety of software languages, and will work closely with hardware. Your software will control rocket tests every day.
