POSITION OVERVIEW SteerBridge is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Corporate Quality Assurance Lead to own software QA across our full portfolio of products and platforms. This role ensures that System Design Documentation and Product Owner priorities and requirements are correctly translated into test coverage and properly implemented in accordance with functional and security compliance standards. The QA Lead builds and maintains the testing frameworks, libraries, tools, run times, and reporting and analytics that make quality accessible and intuitive for engineers across SteerBridge, and brings deep technical expertise in the internals of frameworks such as Pytest, Cypress, Playwright, and TestNG. Beyond the technical craft, this role is expected to cultivate a culture of customer service and positive, solution-oriented problem solving. The QA Lead will regularly support technical calls and communications across supported systems, representing quality in triage, release readiness, and cross-team discussions with the same care and professionalism SteerBridge brings to its government customers. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS Required: Eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship is required for this position under applicable federal contract requirements. 8+ years of experience in software testing, including performance and load testing, across multiple products and platforms.
