As an eBike Software Project Leader , you will take responsibility for planning, coordinating and steering software deliveries for Bosch eBike development. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Telematics Software Engineer with strong embedded Android experience to drive the migration of our Telematics Control Unit (TCU) software framework from Embedded Linux to Android (AOSP / Android Automotive), across both Commercial Vehicle / Off-Highway and Passenger Car programs. Define a test strategy that validates functional and performance parity between the Linux and Android implementations before cutover — regression suite, bench testing, and vehicle-level validation. Collaborate with platform/BSP, cloud/backend, and OEM customer teams to sequence the migration against shipping programs; define a phased or parallel-run rollout plan. Document architecture decisions and migration learnings, and mentor engineers ramping up on embedded Android.
