What Essential Skills You Will Need Endpoint Management : At least 6 years of administration and operations experience with Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android endpoints, including Windows image deployment. MDM Expertise : hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools like Jamf, Workspace One, Intune, JumpCloud, and Google MDM. System Deployment and Management : Experience of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MECM/Intune) and Windows Autopilot, with skills in OS and application patch management. Platform Proficiency : Experience of at least two core platforms (MacOS, Windows, Linux) and familiarity with mobile OS (iOS and Android), along with Mobile Application Management (MAM). Security and Compliance : Experience implementing endpoint security configurations based on industry standards, familiarity with PKI concepts, and knowledge of SSO and related protocols. Technical Skills : Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Shell, PowerShell, Python), and experience using AI tools to enhance coding efficiency and documentation quality. Operational Excellence : Experience in advanced troubleshooting, change management, incident management, and understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library processes and best practices. Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) would be a good addition.
