Reporting to the FSQA Manager, you will serve as the single point of accountability for all receiving activities during peak inbounding windows, supervising a dedicated team of QC Associates and FSQA Technicians at the dock. You will ensure that 100% of incoming proteins and produce are inspected to standard, cold-chain integrity is strictly protected, and non-conforming product is escalated and rejected before it enters production.
