The team is led by an Engineering Manager and supported by a senior Architect. The SE II hired into this role will work in close partnership with senior engineers and the broader team, taking on increasing ownership of technical work within a well-supported structure. The Role We are hiring a Software Engineer II to contribute to the SPX and Device Platform domains as a capable, independent individual contributor. At Alarm.com, the SE II carries a clear mandate: independently complete technical tasks with good quality, take meaningful ownership of their work, and grow steadily toward leading small projects end-to-end. This is a hands-on engineering role. We are seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer to support and operate large-scale AI and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
