Staff Software Engineer, Protocols Team We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the architecture and delivery of IoT and smart automation protocols with a focus on Z‑Wave, Matter, PowerG, and ZigBee. You will own initiatives from design through deployment, mentor engineers, and clearly communicate an architectural vision that aligns devices, gateways, mobile apps, and cloud services. The Staff Security Engineer will identify security risks within our IoT device ecosystem, communicate those risks to management, and assist with the mitigation efforts.
