We’re looking for an experienced backend engineer with a passion for learning and working on systems. You will work with a world-class team of engineers on deploying and operating existing systems, and building new ones for challenges that are unique to our problem space. The AI Retrieval team powers the intelligence behind Asana's AI features by finding relevant work graph content and delivering it to LLM context windows. As a Senior Software Engineer on the AI Retrieval team, you'll build the systems that make Asana's AI smart and responsive.
