Drive Data Quality and Reliability • Ensure the accuracy, performance, security, and maintainability of enterprise data solutions. • Support data governance, metadata management, and data quality initiatives. • Implement monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement practices that increase trust in enterprise data assets. Partner Across the Organization • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, developers, and IT teams. • Translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable data capabilities. • Communicate complex technical concepts in ways that support business outcomes and informed decision-making. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. • Five or more years of experience designing, developing, and supporting production data pipelines. • Experience building data solutions that support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence. • Hands-on experience with Python Notebook, Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory. • Strong Python and PySpark development experience. • Experience integrating systems through REST and SOAP APIs. • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies including SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS. • Experience using Git, Azure DevOps, or similar source control and DevOps platforms. • Experience supporting data governance, data quality, and enterprise data management practices. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with data warehouses, data marts, lakehouses, or modern cloud-based data platforms. • Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. • Experience with data observability, monitoring, and performance tuning. • Knowledge of enterprise data architecture and master data management. • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or comparable analytics platforms. • Experience working in utility, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
