You Will Build and lead a team of high-caliber software engineers. You'll be responsible for hiring, performance management, career development, and fostering an inclusive, high-output team culture. Set and communicate a multi-quarter technical roadmap across core data, identity, measurement, targeting, and the ML feature platform, and make the prioritization and buy-vs-build calls that keep the team focused on the highest-leverage work. Partner with product management, data science, ML engineering, privacy/legal, and adjacent Ads and Data Platform teams to translate business goals into a coherent, well-sequenced engineering plan. Experience delivering large-scale distributed data systems, data pipelines, streaming/batch processing, and data stores handling high volume and low latency. Strong foundation in at least one of: identity resolution, ad measurement/attribution, audience targeting/segmentation, or feature/data pipelines for ML.
