Position Overview SteerBridge is seeking a Junior Data Engineer to support the Modern Disability Claims program. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone early in their data engineering career to learn our claims data systems, contribute to pipeline development under the guidance of senior engineers, and build technical depth supporting a mission-critical VA program. Responsibilities Write clean, well-documented code to support data pipeline development and maintenance Assist with exploratory data preparation and cleansing of claims and healthcare data sources Support senior engineers in identifying and fixing bugs in existing ETL/ELT pipelines Learn and apply standard debugging and troubleshooting processes for data pipeline issues Perform basic data quality checks under the guidance of senior team members Document data workflows and processes as directed Participate in code reviews to build familiarity with team standards and practices Learn the team's domain, codebase, schemas, and MDC data systems Required Qualifications Eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship is required for this position under applicable federal contract requirements. Candidate must also be able to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for the role. Must hold, or be able to obtain, a Public Trust clearance (an active Secret or Top Secret clearance also satisfies this requirement) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 0-3 years of experience in data engineering, software development, or a related field Familiarity with Python and SQL Willingness to learn ETL/ELT concepts and cloud-based data platforms Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn Ability to work collaboratively and receive feedback/mentorship from senior team members Preferred Qualifications Coursework, internship, or project experience involving data pipelines or data engineering Exposure to Pandas, Git, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with healthcare or claims data a plus

POSITION OVERVIEW SteerBridge is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Corporate Quality Assurance Lead to own software QA across our full portfolio of products and platforms. This role ensures that System Design Documentation and Product Owner priorities and requirements are correctly translated into test coverage and properly implemented in accordance with functional and security compliance standards. The QA Lead builds and maintains the testing frameworks, libraries, tools, run times, and reporting and analytics that make quality accessible and intuitive for engineers across SteerBridge, and brings deep technical expertise in the internals of frameworks such as Pytest, Cypress, Playwright, and TestNG. Beyond the technical craft, this role is expected to cultivate a culture of customer service and positive, solution-oriented problem solving. The QA Lead will regularly support technical calls and communications across supported systems, representing quality in triage, release readiness, and cross-team discussions with the same care and professionalism SteerBridge brings to its government customers.
