Who we are About Bridge We’re creating an entirely new payments platform, built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement. Bridge enables faster, cheaper payments and borderless access to dollars via stablecoins. Through our APIs, businesses can send and receive funds across borders faster / cheaper vs. SWIFT and other fiat-only rails. Our virtual accounts enable international consumers and businesses to easily access, store and spend US dollars. Our payouts infrastructure enables platforms to disburse USD to anyone globally. We believe many trillions of dollars will move and settle through stablecoin payment rails. Bridge is pulling this future forward. We have a small team of people who have previously built financial infrastructure at some of the world’s leading companies (Coinbase, Stripe, Square, Brex, Upstart, DoorDash, Airbnb) and each and every one of them chose Bridge because they fundamentally believe that stablecoins will be a critical piece of financial infrastructure that allows for the improvement of global money movement. What you’ll do We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Data team at Bridge. You'll own the data strategy for customer experience at Bridge, spanning two closely linked areas: Payments quality — transaction speed, uptime/reliability, error rates, and support ticket trends across our payment rails and products. Product experience — how customers interact with Bridge's dashboard, onboarding flows, and other surfaces, and where friction is costing us adoption or trust. This focus area may shift over time as the business evolves, and we're looking for someone who can adapt their scope accordingly — spinning up their knowledge of different product areas, creating new analyses and instrumentation as priorities emerge or change. This is a high-ownership seat: you'll be the primary data voice for your focal area, expected to identify what matters, build the pipelines and analysis to prove it, and drive decisions from insight through to shipped outcomes — with real latitude to define how you get there. Responsibilities Own the data needs for your focal area end-to-end: define and refine the right metrics, build the pipelines to source them, and drive them into decisions — without needing significant hand-holding. Analyze payments quality signals (latency, uptime, failure/error rates, support ticket volume and themes) to identify where customers are experiencing friction and quantify the business impact. Analyze product and UX data (dashboard usage, onboarding funnels, feature adoption) to find opportunities to improve the customer journey. Design, build, and maintain robust, well-documented data pipelines and ETL processes that make customer experience data easy to access, trust, and query across the company. Write and maintain production-quality SQL and pipeline code in Databricks, with work version-controlled and reviewed via GitHub. Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve tools that let Product, Engineering, and Support teams monitor customer experience metrics without depending on ad hoc requests. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support/Operations to translate findings into concrete product and process improvements. Proactively flag emerging issues or trends in payments quality or product experience before they become customer-facing problems. Continuously improve data quality, documentation, and tooling for your focal area as Bridge's product and scale evolve. Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements 6+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytics role, ideally at a payments, fintech, or high-growth technology company. Excellent SQL skills, with experience querying and modeling data in a modern warehouse/lakehouse environment (e.g., Databricks). Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes, and comfort working with version control (GitHub) as part of a technical workflow. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills — able to independently investigate a problem, identify root cause, and turn findings into a clear recommendation. Experience building dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of a focal area, and manage multiple concurrent priorities with minimal oversight. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or data-driven findings to non-technical audiences. Preferred qualifications Experience analyzing payments data specifically (transaction quality, uptime/reliability, support ticket trends) or product/UX data (onboarding, dashboard engagement, funnels). Programming experience (e.g., Python) and familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas). Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment where priorities and scope shift with the business.

Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team Link helps Stripe's merchants deliver frictionless and secure checkout experiences by auto-filling customers' payment information, letting customers check out in seconds and pay in one click across the Link merchant network. The Link Bank Connections team is responsible for the connectivity layer to financial institutions that enables Financial Connections to offer users seamless, reliable, and performant access to financial data. What you'll do We’re hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of new money-movement capabilities in Link. You will take ambiguous product opportunities and turn them into reliable, scalable, and intuitive experiences for consumers and merchants. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with broad technical and organizational scope. You will own large, cross-functional projects from early product and technical definition through launch and iteration; lead teams of engineers through complex execution; and partner closely with the many Stripe systems and teams that make money movement possible. You will work across the stack, building services and APIs as well as the user experiences that expose those capabilities. The work may involve modern financial infrastructure—including stablecoin-enabled capabilities—while requiring sound judgment around safety, reliability, compliance, and user trust. You will make the architectural decisions that let the balance model scale globally, and raise the engineering bar for the team as we grow. Responsibilities Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and execution for large, ambiguous Link initiatives that create new money-movement primitives. Own projects end to end: clarify the problem, define an incremental technical plan, align stakeholders, drive delivery, launch safely, and use results to guide further investment. Build robust, scalable backend services and high-quality consumer-facing experiences across Java, Ruby, and TypeScript. Lead a project team of engineers through execution, creating clarity on priorities, decisions, risks, and delivery milestones. Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, Risk, Infrastructure, and other Stripe teams to build capabilities that are safe, reliable, and useful. Navigate dependencies across Stripe’s payments and money-movement platforms, making thoughtful tradeoffs between speed, user experience, operational reliability, and durable technical foundations. Raise the engineering bar through technical leadership, design reviews, mentoring, and constructive feedback across the team. Help shape the team’s longer-term roadmap by identifying opportunities, technical risks, and investments needed to scale Link’s financial capabilities globally. Who you are We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements 10+ years of backend and/or full-stack software development experience, with a track record of owning large, ambiguous systems end-to-end. Demonstrated technical experience leading the design and delivery of large, complex software projects from early definition through production launch. Strong full-stack engineering skills, including experience building reliable backend services and polished user-facing product experiences. Experience leading and unblocking a group of engineers on a substantial project as a senior individual contributor. Ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity environments: framing problems, making durable technical decisions, and creating an actionable path forward. Excellent cross-functional and cross-organizational collaboration skills, with the ability to align teams with different systems, priorities, and constraints. Strong engineering judgment around system reliability, operational excellence, security, and maintainability. A product-minded approach to engineering, with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for users and the business. Preferred qualifications Experience with Java, Ruby, and/or TypeScript. We care more about strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn than expertise in a particular language or framework. Experience building payments, money-movement, fintech, or other regulated financial products. Experience building consumer products at scale, particularly products that require a high degree of user trust. Experience working on 0→1 products or taking new capabilities from concept through launch and iteration. Familiarity with stablecoins, digital assets, or the infrastructure that enables global financial products. Appreciation for the importance of good documentation—internal and external—and taking pride in seeing projects through to successful completion

Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a technology company focused on improving the conditions for economic growth and prosperity. We build programmable financial infrastructure, rethinking from first principles how financial services should work, to make it easier and cheaper for any business to start and scale. More than 10 million businesses build on Stripe, spanning the economic frontier—from solo founders to established enterprises—united by a practical focus on growth. The most ambitious companies in the world use Stripe as core infrastructure to grow faster. They process trillions of dollars a year on Stripe, equivalent to around 1.6% of global GDP. While economic growth makes everyone better off, open markets also enable greater variety. When any business can easily serve a global customer base, the quality and diversity of products in the world increase, and craft and creativity are unleashed into the smallest niches. Our own growth is wholly contingent on the success of the businesses building on Stripe. We therefore invest back into our technology at an unusual rate. We make upgrades to our products every single day to deliver compounding gains to our customers. We maintain some of the most reliable APIs on the internet. We build entirely new pieces of financial infrastructure to enable new ideas. And our significant advances in risk and fraud infrastructure over many years are making the internet economy safer and more accessible. Though people at Stripe don’t tend to take themselves seriously, Stripe is a fairly serious place: our customers are depending on us for their livelihoods. We admire ambition, intensity, curiosity, humility, and rigor. The most effective people become knowledgeable about many domains besides their own. Any company is an applied exercise in understanding some aspect of society or the market. In working with so many (especially the new and innovative ones), we think that Stripe is one of the very best places to learn about how the world works. Your role Stripe is large enough that individual products and projects can be rapidly deployed to a meaningful fraction of the world’s businesses, but small enough that individual agency still has outsized impact. Small teams can impact how millions of businesses grow. Right now the global economy is replatforming around AI, creating new opportunities for growth. We’re at the center of this, and we think the best work is still in front of us. To meet this moment, we’re looking for people who move with urgency, like hard problems, and want their work to matter at a time of great change. If that’s you, there’s no better place to build your career. Who you are Ambitious builder: You’re energized by building solutions without clear precedent and solving problems with far-reaching consequences. Successful Stripes are deeply curious, and prefer the joy of discovery to the comfort of certainty. Rigorous thinker: You appreciate that things worth doing are rarely simple. You enjoy working on problems that have never been tackled before. Adaptable problem solver: You adapt quickly and treat obstacles as opportunities. At Stripe we embrace kindness while encouraging Stripes to take measured risks and act boldly, even in the absence of consensus. Minimum requirements A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a directly related field, obtained by summer 2027, or equivalent work experience; New grad candidates should have no more than 18 months of professional experience (excluding internship experience). Experience and familiarity with programming, either through side projects or classwork. We work mostly in Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, and Go. We believe new programming languages can be learned if the fundamentals and general knowledge are present. Experience from either previous internships or working collaboratively on multi-person coding projects (in a university or professional setting). Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and form an understanding of those systems, through independent research and working with a mentor or subject matter experts. Clear written communication skills, with the ability to explain your work to stakeholders, team members, and other Stripes. Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development while applying rigorous critical thinking and professional judgement to review, refine, and validate all outputs. Preferred qualifications One or more areas of specialized knowledge (frontend, backend, infrastructure or other technologies) balanced with general skills and knowledge. Experience in code review practices, and an understanding of how to safely update production systems. Familiarity with navigating and managing work in large code bases. Experience leading small projects independently, and contributing to larger projects alongside peers. Ability to operate with high agency in navigating complex technical obstacles independently, knowing precisely when to unblock oneself and when to ask for help.
