The Localization team builds and owns the systems that make sure every merchant, in every one of our 38 markets, can understand and use our products in their own language. By joining the Lending tribe , you'll help launch a new financing product designed for the roughly 50 million registered and informal sole traders in Brazil who currently can't access affordable credit. As a Senior Software Engineer , you'll be the technical anchor of a brand new squad, operating with real autonomy. This is a role for someone who's energised by ambiguity, comfortable owning hard decisions without a playbook to follow, and excited to help shape a lending product from the ground up in a fast-moving, regulated market.
