Responsibilities Develop, configure, and maintain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Partner with engineering leadership to evaluate business requirements and determine optimal solutions using declarative tools versus custom code. Design, build, and support Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), custom workflows, and automations. Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, APIs, and third-party tools. Play a central role in evaluating, rebuilding, and testing integrations/automations for a telephony migration from Talkdesk to Genesys. Support upcoming Experience Cloud portal initiatives and user experience enhancements over the next 3–4 months. Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks, managing ticket lifecycles and technical documentation in Jira. Qualifications and Job Requirements 3–5+ years of hands-on experience balancing both Salesforce development and administrative responsibilities. Demonstrated coding proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), alongside expert knowledge of declarative automation tools (Flows, Process Builder). Hands-on working experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud). Strong track record of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, APIs, and middleware.
